Complaints Procedure
Let Us Know About the Problem
Your wellness and healing are our top priority, and we strive to provide the best care at all times. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please email us at complaints@neuroalign.nl. We will treat your complaint with confidentiality and work diligently to find a satisfactory solution.
Step 1: Direct Contact with NeuroAlign
When you contact us with a complaint, we will:
Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days
Investigate the matter thoroughly
Work towards a satisfactory resolution
Respond to you within 10 working days
We encourage you to contact us directly first, as we are committed to resolving issues at this stage whenever possible.
Step 2: Independent Complaints Mediation (Quasir)
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, or prefer not to contact NeuroAlign directly, you may contact an independent complaints officer:

The complaints officer works independently on behalf of Quasir. NeuroAlign has no influence over their decision-making process. Please rest assured that all complaints submitted through this route will be handled professionally and with care.

Step 3: Independent Dispute Resolution (Zorggeschil)
NeuroAlign is affiliated with Zorggeschil, an independent dispute resolution body for healthcare and wellness services. If you remain unsatisfied after the mediation process via Quasir, or if your complaint qualifies for escalation under Dutch healthcare law, you may contact Zorggeschil.

Zorggeschil handles disputes independently and may make binding decisions regarding complaint resolution.
Professional Regulation (GAT)
NeuroAlign is registered with CAT Collectief and operates under Dutch healthcare regulations. As a registered alternative therapist, NeuroAlign falls under the Wkkgz complaints procedure and the disciplinary oversight of the Alternative Therapists Dispute Resolution Body (GAT - Geschillen Alternatieve Therapeuten).
