Your wellness and healing are our top priority, and we strive to provide the best care at all times. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please email us at complaints@neuroalign.nl. We will treat your complaint with confidentiality and work diligently to find a satisfactory solution.

Taking Your Complaint Further (Clients in the Netherlands)

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided or prefer not to contact NeuroAlign (a brand of Qi Rising® Studio, KvK No. 96420022) directly, you may contact an independent complaints officer via email at bemiddeling@quasir.nl. Please address your message to the Coördinator Klachtenbemiddeling. Alternatively, you can send your complaint by post to:

The complaints officer works independently on behalf of Quasir. NeuroAlign has no influence over their decision-making process. Please rest assured that all complaints submitted through this route will be handled professionally and with care.

⚠️ Please note: This complaints procedure via Quasir is only available to clients who are located within the Netherlands at the time of receiving services.

Independent Dispute Committee (Netherlands Only)

NeuroAlign is affiliated with the Dutch independent dispute resolution body Zorggeschil. If you remain unsatisfied after the mediation process, or if your complaint qualifies for escalation under Dutch law, you may contact Zorggeschil. For more information, visit: www.zorggeschil.nl

This option is only available to clients located in the Netherlands.

International Clients (Outside the Netherlands)

If you received services from NeuroAlign while located outside the Netherlands, your provider was Integrative Flow International Ltd, a UK-registered company (Company No. 15864460). Complaints from international clients are handled in-house in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

International clients should direct all complaints to complaints@neuroalign.nl. We commit to responding fairly, transparently, and within 14 working days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may have the right to escalate the matter to an appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body in your jurisdiction, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Alternative Therapists Dispute Resolution Body (GAT) - Netherlands Only

As a CAT Collective registered therapist, I fall under the Wkkgz complaints procedure and GAT disciplinary procedure at the Alternative Therapists Dispute Resolution Body (GAT). For more information about the complaints procedure. For more information, visit: www.gatgeschillen.nl
