What to Expect: At-Home Session Flow

  • Get started with a no-cost, no-obligation consultation.

    We arrange a short call or video meeting to review your symptoms, health goals, and any practical details for treatment at home.

  • We bring only a small, sterile kit with needles and hygiene supplies. No special equipment is required.

  • Treatment focuses on scalp and auricular acupuncture.

    You can be seated in a chair or lying comfortably in bed - if your scalp is accessible, we can provide care!

  • During needle retention, we may guide you through simple movement or focus tasks to enhance neuroplasticity.

  • We finish with a brief review of your response, offer suggestions for home practices, and discuss follow-up options.

Practical Information

Session length
At-home treatment typically lasts 45–60 minutes, including time for preparation and feedback.

How to prepare
No special equipment is required. Please ensure there is a quiet space where you can sit comfortably in a chair or lie in bed with your head accessible.

Pricing
At-home treatment costs €70 per session plus €0.30 per kilometre travelled to and from your home. Travel costs are calculated from Westblaak, Rotterdam. If you’d like to pre-pay for a package of treatments, you’ll receive a discount!

Availability
Home visits are currently offered on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
We are able to visit patients in Rotterdam and the surrounding area, as well as Delft and The Hague.
