Promo Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before entering any promotions run by NeuroAlign.

Article 1 – Organiser

This giveaway is organised by:

Article 2 – Objective of the Giveaway

The aim of this giveaway is to offer a limited amount of free access to holistic care, in line with NeuroAlign’s mission to make integrative health support more accessible.

Article 3 – Eligibility

  1. Participation is open exclusively to residents of the Netherlands aged 18 or over.

  2. Employees, partners, or contractors of NeuroAlign and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

Article 4 – Entry Process

  1. Participation is free and without obligation.

  2. To enter, participants must complete the online registration form, including consent to these Terms and Conditions and the general Privacy Policy of NeuroAlign.

  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.

  4. The entry period runs from 27 June 2025 to 18 July 2025, after which no further entries will be accepted.

Article 5 – Prizes

  1. A total of three (3) winners will each receive a free treatment package comprising five (5) individual NeuroAlign sessions, to be scheduled at mutually agreed times within six months of selection.

  2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Article 6 – Winner Selection

  1. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries using a verifiably impartial method.

  2. Winners will be notified by email no later than 19 July 2025, and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days.

  3. If a winner does not respond within the stated time, an alternate winner will be selected.

Article 7 – Personal Data and Privacy

  1. Personal data collected during this giveaway (including self-declared health status) will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch AVG (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming).

  2. Data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and providing the prize. No health data will be collected beyond a self-declaration.

  4. Data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability

  1. NeuroAlign is not liable for entries not received due to technical issues or participant error.

  2. NeuroAlign accepts no responsibility for any adverse health outcomes resulting from participation in treatments. Winners will be required to complete a standard care and consent form prior to their first session.

Article 9 – Modification or Termination

  1. NeuroAlign reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time in the event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control.

  2. Any such changes will be communicated on the official NeuroAlign website or social media channels.

Article 10 – Governing Law and Disputes

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

  2. Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

  3. These Terms and Conditions are available in English and in Dutch (as a translation). In case of disputes, the English version prevails.
