Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our services. By booking an appointment, using our website, or accessing any content from NeuroAlign, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Legal Entity and Jurisdiction

NeuroAlign is a registered sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) in the Netherlands, KvK number 96420022, based in Rotterdam.

NeuroAlign operates under a licence from Neuro Acupuncture Group Ltd, a UK-registered private limited company (Company No. 15864460). The NeuroAlign brand, methodology, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Neuro Acupuncture Group Ltd.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

2. Nature of Services

NeuroAlign provides complementary healthcare services including, but not limited to:

  • Neuro/scalp acupuncture

  • Red Light Therapy

  • Exercise Therapy

  • Nutritional Coaching

  • Cupping Therapy

These services are not a substitute for medical care. They do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment and are not intended to replace care provided by a licensed healthcare professional.

If you have or suspect you may have a medical condition, please consult a qualified medical doctor before participating in any of our services.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or by direct contact.

Payment is due at the time of booking or during your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices are sent electronically and must be paid upon receipt.

All payments are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice are not subject to charge.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be charged in full.

  • Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and medical information.

  • Inform us of any changes to your health or medication that may affect your treatment.

  • Follow any aftercare or safety advice given during your sessions.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we believe they may be unsafe or inappropriate for your condition.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We handle all client data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.

Your data is processed and stored by NeuroAlign in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Dutch data protection requirements.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We are committed to providing excellent service. If you have a complaint, please follow our formal Complaints Procedure, which outlines the steps for submitting and resolving complaints in accordance with Dutch healthcare regulations (Wkkgz).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials relating to NeuroAlign (including the NeuroAlign Protocol and methodology) are the intellectual property of Neuro Acupuncture Group Ltd and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage, injury, or loss arising from your use of our services, unless caused by proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

  • Our liability is always limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant session or package.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the "Effective Date" will be revised. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction specified above without regard to conflicts of law principles.
